| At VCG no job is considered a success unless it was a
safe job. In an industry where deadlines are crucial and not only
meeting your client’s expectations but exceeding them is a matter of
survival, VCG places safety ahead of none of these. With a full-time Health and Safety professional on staff, VCG is constantly monitoring all their jobsites, retraining their employees and looking for new and innovative ways to work safely and efficiently. All our staff, sub-contractors and visitors on any jobsite are expected to strictly adhere to all of VCG’s Health and Safety policies and procedures. Our vision at VCG is “…to relentlessly pursue perfection, knowing that we will never achieve it. We are going to pursue perfection because along the way we will catch up to excellence. pursuit of perfection
is evident in everything we do, whether it is a large new build, a
small retro fit or safety on one of our jobsites, the pursuit and
passion is always the same. We consider it our moral responsibility to ensure that all our employees return safely home to their families and loved ones at the end of every day. VCG is proud to report that because of our dedication to safety from our President to our laborers we have not had a lost time injury in over 3 years – that is awesome! |
